Characteristics: decorated shortcrust pastry biscuit. Composition: flour (soft wheat), fructose, pasteurized eggs, vegetable margarine, sucrose, vegetable oils and fats, powdered milk, whey powder, honey. Technological additives: preservatives (potassium sorbate 1k202, sorbic acid 1a200), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin 1c322). Organoleptic additive: flavoring, food coloring. Analytical composition: crude protein 6.85%, crude fiber 1.3%, crude fat 15.44%, crude ash 0.71%. Net weight: 170g. Directions for use: serve up to 10% of the total daily ration, ensuring fresh water is always available.
