We work by appointment only. In case of cancellation please cancel 24 hours in advance by phone, otherwise the full amount will be charged.

Fleas
Dogs with fleas and other contagious ectoparasites will be refused. Treating against fleas or lice in the grooming salon is virtually pointless. In addition, other (guest) dogs are also at risk and the salon will have to be disinfected. If fleas are found on your dog, an additional charge of €35 will be made for cleaning and disinfecting the salon. You will therefore have to draw up an effective treatment schedule yourself with your own veterinarian.

Treatments during the weekend
If there is no other option for you, we can make an exception in the weekend or weekday evenings. On Saturdays there is a surcharge of 25% on top of the normal rate and on Sundays there is a surcharge of 40% on top of the normal rate.
